The title could as well be "SpeechWriting 101" or "Public Speaking 101." Maybe even "Talking 101." You decide.
There is a difference between the written and spoken word. Not just in their sounds (“boos” for example) but in their quantity. A lengthy sentence can be fine in print, complete with semi-colons. Put it on the air and it can be Joycean in its complexity.
